We're a group of foodie friends who have been meeting in Austin for years to enjoy all the deliciousness this city has to offer. We come from a wide range of food service backgrounds, with careers as servers, chefs, sommeliers, farmers, buyers, and more.

Overwhelmed by our sushi options, we began researching over the course of a year to find the creme de la creme. This site is the culmination of those (arduous, difficult) efforts!
